    • After test driving confirmed customers noise concern and found right rear wheel bearing making noise. Replaced bearing vehicles noise is now gone. Customers warranty had just expired so we took the liberty to work with customer on pricing.
    • Road tested vehicle and inspected on hoist. Found RR wheel bearing had slight play resulting in noise. Replaced defective wheel bearing, test drove vehicle, and found the noise gone.

    • VERIFIED CUSTOMERS CONCERN AND FOUND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AND CHECK GAS CAP LIGHT. DURING DIAGNOSIS SCANNED VEHICLES COMPUTER AND OTAINED PO457- LOOSE GAS CAP. INSPECTED GAS CAP AND FOUND CAP WAS REPLACED. SMOKE TESTED EVAP SYSTEM AND FOUND NO APPARENT LEAKS. FOUND LEAK DETECTION PUMP NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. REPLACED LEAK DETECTION PUMP AND PERFORMED EVAP MONITOR TEST AND GAS CAP LIGHT WENT OFF AS WELL AS CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. THIS IS A STARTING POINT. EVAP SYSTEM WORKING FINE AS OF NOW.

    • Inspected vehicle and found gearshift assembly worn out and not sending signal to dash to shut down with key off in park. Recommend gearshift assembly replacement as starting point.
    • INSTALL NEW BATTERY

    • Mount and balance four tire/wheel assemblies. <<<NO WARRANTY>>>NO WARRANTY>>>NO WARRANTY
    • Scanned for coded and found multiple codes including P0301- cylinder #1 misfire, P0304- cylinder #4 misfire, P0316- misfire detected on startup, P068A- ECM/PCM power relay de-energized, and P06B8- internal control module non volatile random access memory error. Started with inspecting spark plug condition and found them worm out and recommend replacement as a starting point to address misfire concerns. The P068A and P06B8 codes may have resulted from the electrical draw problem. recommend clearing these codes and drive vehicle for a period of time to see if they return.
