VERIFIED CUSTOMERS CONCERN DURING TEST DRIVE AND HEARD NOISE AT FRONT RIGHT WHILE DRIVING AND TURNING. UPON INSPECTION FOUND FRONT LOWER BALL JOINTS BOOTS TORN CAUSING BALL JOINT TO RUST INTERNALLY CAUSING NOISE. REPLACED FRONT LOWER BALL JOINTS AND NO MORE NOISE PRESENT AT THIS TIME.
Inspected vehicle on hoist andmscanned for codes. Found P033- crankshaft position sensor intermittent. Inspected related circuits and connections and found no faults. After further diag found crank sensor signal dropping out with vehicle fully warmed up. Recommend crank sensor replacement, clearing codes, performing relearn, and rechecking vehicle operation.

Changed Motor Oil & Replaced Filter, Added 5 QTS Synthetic Motor Oil, Lube Chassis, Check all Fluid Levels

DURING TEST DRIVE NOTICED TIRE NOISE. CHECKED ENTIRE DRIVELINE FOR ANY NOISES OR WEAR. FOUND NONE. NEED TO START WITH TIRES. OR WAIT TIL ROAR NOISE IS MORE PRESENT.

Inspected vehicle on hoist. Found worn center bearing and sticking rear brakes. Recommend replacing driveshaft overhaul, along with rear brake replacement as a starting point to vibration issue.
