  • Inspected vehicle on hoist and found LF wheel bearing heavily damaged. Found minor play in RF bearing. Also during inspection found both front outer ties rods had play, RF being the worst. Recommend replacing both front wheel bearings, along with.both outer tie rod ends, and performing wheel alignment.
  • FOUND EXCESSIVE MOVEMENT AND ABOUT TO FALL APART SAFETY ISSUE/CONCERN
  • EXCESSIVE MOVEMENT AFTER DIAG.
  • TWO Wheel Alignment. Warranty-30 Days
  • Changed Motor Oil & Replaced Filter, Added 5 QTS Blended Motor Oil, Lube Chassis, Check all Fluid Levels

  • after checking all brakes found fronts look like they we're just done not long ago still good,Rears are worn rotors are slightly rust pitted appear to be original rec replacing as a starting point for customers noise concerns.Also test drove vehicle twice and could duplicate any noise issue at this time.
  • AFTER DIAG AND CHECKING ALL SENSORS FOR SIGNAL FOUND ALL ARE WORKING. WE THEN CHECKED AIR IN ALL TIRES FOUND ALL TIRES HAD DIFFERANT AMOUNTS OF AIR ALSO L/R TIRE HAD NAIL PUNCTURE WE REPAIRED TIRE AND CALIBRATED ALL SENSORS LIGHT IS OUT AS OF NOW. AND SET AIR PSI.
  • Remove Tire from Vehicle, Inspect & Repair as Nec.
  • FOUND DIRTY DURING VEHICLE INSPECTION.

  • Test drove vehicle and inspected on hoist. Was unable to duplicate customer concern of clicking on turns while on test drive. Found the RF axle appeared to be worn out and had junk yard type markings on the axle. Recommend replacement of axle and recheck for clicking noises on turns.
  • Changed Motor Oil & Replaced Filter, Added 4 QTS Synthetic Motor Oil, Lube Chassis, Check all Fluid Levels
  • Rotate Tires
  • Test drove vehicle and inspected on hoist. Check engine light was not on at time of inspection. Scanned for codes and found P0014- exhaust camshaft position system performance. Inspected circuits and connections and found no faults. Inspected engine oil level and condition and found engine oil level was ok, was black in color and due for replacement. Tested and found proper power and grounds to camshaft actuator. Removed actuator and found debris on oil inlet screens. Recommend replacement of camshaft position actuator, changing engine oil and filter, clearing codes, and rechecking system operation.

  • R / FRT- AXLE SHAFT – Remove & Replace – Right One Side, remove spindle
