- After test driving confirmed customers noise concern and found right rear wheel bearing making noise. Replaced bearing vehicles noise is now gone. Customers warranty had just expired so we took the liberty to work with customer on pricing.
- Road tested vehicle and inspected on hoist. Found RR wheel bearing had slight play resulting in noise. Replaced defective wheel bearing, test drove vehicle, and found the noise gone.
