Tested vehicle battery, starting and charging systems and found no faults. Scanned vehicle for trouble codes and found code# B10D7-87`- PATS key missing stored in body control module as a history code. As we are unable to reproduce the no start condition and the vehicle has a stored code related to ignition key, customer is advised to use another key and see if the problem returns as a starting point.

2009 Ford Flex

Also during inspection found the right front axle seal leaking and due for replacement. During seal replacement found excess oil inside PTU unit, which may indicate a worn seal between the trans assembly and the PTU which may require further seal replacement in the future.
