• Inspected vehicle on hoist andmscanned for codes. Found P033- crankshaft position sensor intermittent. Inspected related circuits and connections and found no faults. After further diag found crank sensor signal dropping out with vehicle fully warmed up. Recommend crank sensor replacement, clearing codes, performing relearn, and rechecking vehicle operation.

• Test drove vehicle and confirmed clunk type noise from rear suspension. Inspected vehicle on hoist for any loose or worn parts and found none. Inspected rear brakes and found no obvious issues. Sanded rear brake pads and cleaned rust off brake rotors, but during test drive the issue remained. Rechecked rear suspension and lubricated all rubber bushings, but issue remained. Did some research into manufacturers technical service bulletins regarding rear suspension issues and found one that mentioned possible reflash of rear suspension control module for clunk concern. recommend Cadillac dealership for further evaluation.

• Test drove vehicle and inspected on hoist. Scanned for codes and found P1745- transmission line pressure too high for too long. Was unable to duplicate customer concern regarding overheating condition. Found coolant at normal level, and no evidence of coolant leaks at this time. Found coolant fans operating normally, and vehicle blew heat properly, indicating proper water pump operation. Possible intermittent electrical issue such as skewed sensor reading, if problem returns recommend further evaluation. During test drive heard what appeared to be worn front wheel bearings causing noise while driving. While on hoist found slight play in both front wheel bearings. Recommend front wheel bearing replacement.
• Reason for replacing during test drive we heard excessive roaring noise from front wheels then inspected on lift hoist to confirm.Replaced roaring noise is now gone.

Inspected vehicle on hoist and while running vehicle in air used mechanic stethoscope to listen to different drivetrain components and found noise from right rear wheel bearing. Also found minor noise from left rear wheel bearing. Recommend replacing both rear wheel bearings and rechecking for noise.
