    • Verified during test drive a knocking noise at certain times. Checked front suspension and found everything ok. Checked rear suspension and found a heat shield below the gas tank loose and bouncing on the exhaust. Tied up shield and heard no more noise.

    • Test drove vehicle and scanned for codes. Found p014e- air fuel ratio sensor slow response rich to lean. Observed scan tool data and found both front air/ fuel ratio sensors displayed slow response times. Inspected circuits and connections and found no faults. Recommend replacing both front air/fuel ratio sensors, and rechecking system operation.

    • Visually inspect air conditioning components. Check system pressure readings. Check temperature readings. Add dye to system if necessary. Vehicle entered shop with ac system low on charge. Charged vehicle to proper spec and ac system blew cold. Vehicle passed the major leak test. Vehicle will have to be driven for a period of time to determine if any small leaks are present. Noticed the ac condenser was corroded, but it does not appear to be leaking at this time.
