    • Test drove vehicle and inspected on hoist. Scqnned for trouble codes and found P2127- throttle/pedal position sensor circuit low, and B1029- accelerator pedal sensor. Recorded and cleared codes and was unable to duplicate issue during numerous test drives. Wrench light never appeared, and vehicle did not set any pending codes. Searched for manufacturer technical service bulletins related to this issue and found one regarding this exact issue, and it references cutting and splicing together wires behind dashboard and cluster. If this issue continues recommend dealership for this procedure as this is a starting point to correcting this issue.

    • Found vehicle in no start condition with key insert stuck in ignition bypass slot. Insert key was improperly inserted and jammed in slot. After numerous attempts was able to remove key. Scanned vehicle for trouble codes and found B2190- NATS antenna Amp, and B2191- difference of key. Cleared out codes and was able to start vehicle with supplied key fob. Inspected push button ignition circuits and connections for any obvious faults and found none. Researched vehicle tsb's and found 2 related to this condition referencing possibe interference from other electrical devices such as other chipped keys, cells phones, of other electrical devices that produce rf signals. 4his condition can also be caused by worn or intermittent malfunction of key fob. Recommend using another key to seeing this condition returns, and possibly reducing RFID signal contamination from other devices.
