- Test drove vehicle and inspected on hoist. Ran vehicle in air and using stethoscope found noise from transfer case. Inspected transfer case oil and found it filled with metallic particles. Determined transfer case was worn and due for replacement. During inspection found vehicle has newer tires on rear of vehicle, and worn tires on front of vehicle, which may have caused premature transfer case failure. This vehicle is AWD, and requires all 4 tires to be same brand, size, and diameter, otherwise transfer case damage will occur. Recommend at minimum to replace front tires with same tires as rear asap, or to replace all 4 tires at once.

- we installed customer light bulb into right rear.
- Changed Motor Oil & Replaced Filter, Added 5 QTS Synthetic Motor Oil, Lube Chassis, Check all Fluid Levels
