- Test drove vehicle multiple times and was unable to duplicate customer concern. Inspected vehicle on hoist and after speaking with customer removed LF axle and inspected 4wd actuator and found minor metallic particles between wheel bearing, actuator, and axle. Found evidence of grinding on actuator itself, and very minor wear on wheel bearing teeth. Cleaned off remaining metallic particles, and filed away minor wear in wheel bearing teeth. Recommend replacing 4wd actuator, and rechecking vehicle operation.
