- Road tested vehicle and inspected on hoist. Attempted to duplicate customer concern without success. Tested vehicle battery, starting and charging systems and found no faults. Scanned vehicle for trouble codes and found code# B10D7-87`- PATS key missing stored in body control module as a history code. As we are unable to reproduce the no start condition and the vehicle has a stored code related to ignition key, customer is advised to use another key and see if the problem returns as a starting point.
