- Inspected vehicle on hoist and scanned for codes. Found code # 16686- cylinder 2 misfire detected, and 16684- random cylinder misfire. After diag found cylinder #2 ignition coil faulty, along with worn plugs. After further inspection found other coil have resistance higher than spec. Recommend replacing all 4 ignition coils along with spark plugs, clearing codes, and rechecking vehicle operation.
- SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – 1.8L Eng
- Changed Motor Oil & Replaced Filter, Added 5 QTS Synthetic Motor Oil, Lube Chassis, Check all Fluid Levels
