- Verified during test drive knocking noise after making turns. During inspection found transfer case fluid low and burnt and discolored. Recommend starting with a new transfer case. And 4 new tires. Left rear tire has a bigger circumference than the rest. Possibly damaging the transfer case.
- Replaced transfer case assembly test drove vehicle and no noise present. Tire at left rear has a bigger circumference than the rest. May have issues in the future.

- Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Chec
