Road tested vehicle and scanned for codes. Found P0456- evap system small leak. After performing system diag found the ESIM switch faulty. Recommend replacing switch, clearing codes, and rechecking system operation.

Test drove vehicle and inspected on hoist. Scanned for codes and found P1745- transmission line pressure too high for too long. Was unable to duplicate customer concern regarding overheating condition. Found coolant at normal level, and no evidence of coolant leaks at this time. Found coolant fans operating normally, and vehicle blew heat properly, indicating proper water pump operation. Possible intermittent electrical issue such as skewed sensor reading, if problem returns recommend further evaluation. During test drive heard what appeared to be worn front wheel bearings causing noise while driving. While on hoist found slight play in both front wheel bearings. Recommend front wheel bearing replacement.
Reason for replacing during test drive we heard excessive roaring noise from front wheels then inspected on lift hoist to confirm.Replaced roaring noise is now gone.

Inspected vehicle on hoist and found front driveshaft severely damaged and ready to fall out. Inspected suspension and found worn parts in front and rear. Customer approved front driveshaft replacement only. Suggest quality 4×4 shop such as Alpha Auto Repair for suspension component replacement as some worn parts are after market lift kit parts that are special order.

Test drove vehicle and scanned for codes. Felt vehicle had major hesitation on acceleration. Found multiple codes including P0522- engine oil pressure sensor circuit low, P0171- fuel system lean, P0172- fuel system rich, P0456- evap system small leak, P0700- transmission control system, P0513- invalid skim key, P0135- 02 sensor 1/1 heater performance, and P0032- 02 sensor 1/1heater circuit high. Cleared all codes, test drove vehicle and observed multiple cylinder misfires on scan tool. Found spark plugs worn out during further inspection. Recommend replacing all four spark plugs and ignition coils as a starting point and performing a fuel system cleaning as a starting point for the running problem. Vehicle may need further diag/ repairs if any secondary codes return.
